Lin's Garden - Green Bay

So as my first time here in Green Bay hearing of how nice people “supposedly” are. This is not the case here. The boneless ribs are probably by far the best around but food alone does not make everything ok. The person behind the counter the young man could do to study up on some customer service and not come across as rude or otherwise. I thought maybe it was me the first time but having gone back two more times it is definitely him. I will not go back just to subject myself to what I see as a major flaw just for good ribs. Maybe you care or don’t I will let you people decide what you want to subject yourselves to.

Boy at the counter is really rude. Ask me if I wanted any sauce and I said soy sauce I look in the bag and there is NO soy sauce at all so I go back in and ask for some and he had the worst attitude about it and only gave me three packets mind u I have three things of rice

I dare never eat here again. December 10 of 2017 was my first time trying this place out if you really look in the picture theirs a fingernail in my food , if it didn't stab me in the roof of my mouth i probably would have never known it was in my food. So i went to show them and just ask them to remake it and I'd be ok with that. they told me i put it in there, then they took the food and threw it in the trash and refused me a refund and proceeded to tell a paying customer to get out i wasn't welcomed and don't come back when all i was trying to do was get something to eat without human fingernails in it. So no i dont think anyone should eat there.

Normally love this place. Stopped in to order to go. Staff was super rude, it was almost like I was an inconvenience because i walked in to order. Then the employee proceeds to not was his hand and sit down to prepare food at a table.

Ordered at 4:18 didn't receive until after 6 and I only live less than 10 minutes away and food was not that warm last time I'll Order from here.
