I came at 9:00 and ordered the biggest thing on the menu with my group of people. They did a great job delivered on time to the last bite. Both General Manager and our waiter Dylan have reviewed us several times. Drink never went down. Very recommended!! View all feedback.

Service was good, very friendly staff though I wonder if they know what they are doing as they don't have pitchers for water and the brussel sprouts where not made how I'm used to having them. The manager said they are that way cause they are fried...WRONG. I usually love there brussel sprouts there but not today. Excellent service! Great food! We had a big group with adults and children and all loved the appetizers and food! I was so full of the generous appetizers that I ordered the loaded potato and salad.
We stopped on a Sunday early dinner. Not too busy, great ribs! Isaac took great care of us. They have all day Sunday happy hour with drink specials and wing specials. What a great place to watch the game! They also have a chance to win tickets to a packer game in December. We will be back to register again!!
Great service!! Had the American Platter to share with 5 guys, we could not finish it. Would have been a five stars, but the chicken was really dry and not a single employee had a mask. Due to covid, no BBQ sauces on the table.
I ordered the meat combo with potato salad and beans on line. When I got there I had to wait in line for 20 minutes before someone moved me to the To Go line and waited another 20 minutes. It was very disorganized. I felt bad for the girls at the counter and left them a $5.00 tip even though they couldn't find my order and I had to wait 40 minutes for it. I drove all the way back across town to my hotel room. (I was so tired I didn't even look at the receipt they handed me with my food...I just put it with my receipt that I paid with. I finally got to sit down and opened the box. I had what looked like old ribs, 10 french fries and a cup of beans and cornbread! I was so angry I called them...I got the whole we are sorry, we are busy, and a manager will call you ASAP...it's been 10 days...I still haven't heard back from them. I went to Parker John's two nights later...had the best service and amazing food!
Coming for dinner, 6:00. That said they still had an excellent experience! Gentleman at the bar was really upbeat and very nice. The young lady who brought our food did the job I take and did excellent work. If I had them, I would give them 10 thumbs! Good job, Daves!
