This Dunkin is the worst. One time the manger yelled at me because he got my order wrong. The last time I was there they forgot to get my order of donuts and had to run my card twice. Worst Dunkin will not return to this one. View all feedback.
I walked in and was completely ignored while standing at the counter for 10 minutes. Frustrated, I decided to leave and use the drive-thru instead. I asked for all chocolate munchkins but received a mix with no chocolate ones at all. I also requested sweet cream foam, but it wasn't added. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
As for parking, it's a nightmare in the drive-thru when they're busy. I do not recommend this place.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I visit the drive-thru, I get a bad feeling. The way they carelessly toss the donuts into the bag is frustrating, and all the frosting ends up everywhere. This time, there was no frosting on my donut at all. Plus, why do the donuts always feel damp, as if they've been sitting in the sun? It's clear that the staff here aren’t happy with their jobs, and it shows. They really need to reconsider running this Dunkin' location.
Very generic. The staff were good, not exceptional, but good. The coffee tasted burnt.
Excellent Dunkin' restaurant. The staff here are amazing, helpful and friendly. Sometimes going here before work is the highlight of my day.
