I had a gift card. It wouldn’t work because the system was different than the other franchises. They were so good to us. Gave us the food for free and then took pictures of the Giftcard to figure out what the problem was for the future. That’s great customer service. View all feedback.

Ordered via door dash and didn't give us the order but gave us a LOT of sticky ketchup packets obviously from some disgruntled employee who decided to take our their irritation on the customer. View all feedback.
The staff here were great, and the food was awesome, of course. The two ladies that helped me were so sweet and helped get my root beer freeze orders just the way the hubby and I like them! It also genuinely looked like they ENJOYED working here ?
Kristi is an absolute sweetheart and appears to be an amazing manager. Do not let her go.(The food here is always good and I love the decorations)
The women in thr drive thru was very rude. Did not say hi, how's your day? Just gave me the drink and put her hand out for my card. Waiting at the drive through for 10 minutes. Very unpleasant experience that I've ever had here!
I'm not a big fan of A&W. The is not hot and the buns are not hot too.
A customer should never have to ask for their receipt. Also didn't receive sauce for chx strips. Food was hot though. Slow time of day. No excuse.
