Ordered via door dash and didn't give us the order but gave us a LOT of sticky ketchup packets obviously from some disgruntled employee who decided to take our their irritation on the customer. View all feedback. What Jewell Gaylord likes about A&w:
I had a gift card. It wouldn’t work because the system was different than the other franchises. They were so good to us. Gave us the food for free and then took pictures of the Giftcard to figure out what the problem was for the future. That’s great customer service. View all feedback.

A customer should never have to ask for their receipt. Also didn't receive sauce for chx strips. Food was hot though. Slow time of day. No excuse.
