I drove h... read more We went in and had a good experience with ordering and waited around 20 mins for our food. They were super nice considering the soda machine was down. I drove home with my order and when I got home, I got the completely wrong order that I paid for and I missing so much, we drove back and complained. Was told I ordered something different when I had the correct receipt then I asked for the food just to be remade. She started going through the hour old food and saying the soggy fries and other peoples food was good it was correct. I refused to be served nasty food especially if it is incorrect and I said I just want my order remade or a refund and without hesitation the refunded me avoiding fixing the situation when we were being completely reasonable and work with them. Super unprofessional and may never come back.

I been coming here for lunch lately and Other than the fact that their wings and side foods are exceptional for a wing lover like myself their customer service... read more I been coming here for lunch lately and Other than the fact that their wings and side foods are exceptional for a wing lover like myself their customer service is on point making sure they offer us their daily deals, also making sure we get the correct order. They are really nice too! And the place looks and feels clean especially in this pandemic times they do have hand sanitizer by the fountain drink station! Way to go Wingstop!
