Don't go at night when it's busy. the girl that took my order was rude and short with me, took my food forever, and when I finally missed my nuggets and my sweet tee was very sweet. mostly one of my favorites almost food places.

The food is fresh, and the staff is polite. Most of the time, my orders are accurate, and when there have been mistakes, they've quickly acknowledged and apologized for them, resolving the issue promptly. They lose one star due to the poor parking lot and drive-thru situation. It feels like a trap; the line is consistently long, spilling out into the street. Cars in the drive-thru often obstruct those parked in spaces, creating a logistical headache. My recommendation is to order online for takeout and park on the street to the north, as it’s also illegal to turn left out of the parking lot.

It took her a long time to take orders at the drive-thru, resulting in a very long line. Many customers were leaving in frustration since it took an additional 15 minutes just to get to the speaker. I believe it would be beneficial for your employees to receive training in customer service skills. She made a significant mistake with my order, and while I usually enjoy Wendy's, I will think twice about returning. This was at the Wendy's on 8th Ave, and she clearly wasn't the manager; she was probably the same girl who messed up my order in the first place.
