What I received was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. I don’t want to be overly harsh, but if I performed like this at my job, I would not only receive complaints from customers but also face serious consequences. They consistently mess up my orders, and the food often tastes like it’s been left out too long. I'm sorry, but they really need to improve.

Despite being... read more Ordered on the app. At window was asked my name. I gave the one on my debit card. It was under my Facebook avatar which I could not have expected. Despite being able to describe my order I nearly had to just give up. I got it home and it was wrong. I drove back after my son called to tell them it was missing the sauce. The person on the phone claimed she watched that sandwich being made and saw the sauce put on. I had a dry burger in the bag. Once there the excuse was it was out. At the window I said my son had called about his order..the girl asked me who he spoke to. Seriously?. They hand me a bag with an unknown item and low and behold it was his order with the proper sauce on it. It was a miracle I'll tell you that the sauce just reappeared like loaves and fishes.

Most of the time, my orders are accurate, and when there have been mistakes, they've quickly acknowledged and apologized for them, resolving the issue promptly. They lose one star due to the poor parking lot and drive-thru situation. It feels like a trap; the line is consistently long, spilling out into the street. Cars in the drive-thru often obstruct those parked in spaces, creating a logistical headache. My recommendation is to order online for takeout and park on the street to the north, as it’s also illegal to turn left out of the parking lot.

Many customers were leaving in frustration since it took an additional 15 minutes just to get to the speaker. I believe it would be beneficial for your employees to receive training in customer service skills. She made a significant mistake with my order, and while I usually enjoy Wendy's, I will think twice about returning. This was at the Wendy's on 8th Ave, and she clearly wasn't the manager; she was probably the same girl who messed up my order in the first place.
