Afterwards, I got back in the drive-thru line and waited another 20 minutes. When I finally reached the window, the staff was rude and seemed annoyed that I was there to correct my order. They even doubted my claim that I hadn’t received an item for which I had paid. After wasting nearly an hour of my time, I strongly advise avoiding this location. It either needs to be shut down or completely overhauled with new management; the lack of service was just astonishing.

I wish I could say we enjoyed the food, but we didn't even get to place our order. Just as we entered, a group of high school girls came in, and the staff seemed to focus all their attention on them because one of the girls was the manager's girlfriend. After waiting for ten minutes, we decided to use the kiosk to order, but we found out we could only pay with cash. We waited another ten minutes without any service and ultimately decided to leave and go to a better restaurant. This Taco Bell is disappointing primarily because of the staff. I wouldn't recommend going here.

How TF does a fast food restaurant on a Saturday evening run out of food? 4 cars were stuck in the drive thru because they kept allowing cars to line up. Never once put a sign up. When you rolled up to the speaker, Our manager told us to close early because we are running out of supplies That 's it. Waited 20 minutes to get out of the drive thru. Utter bullshit

I just waited 40 minutes in line with hardly any cars ahead of me, only to get home and discover that my burrito is just sauce and cheese, lacking any other fillings. What a letdown! To make matters worse, I saw the manager and an employee outside chatting with their friends and using foul language. This place has really declined quickly!

It 's people like this place that make it hard to want to pay fast food workers more. The manager couldn 't help me because she didn 't want to. I called to cancel an error on my order and her response was sorry I don 't know how to do that then when I got there she wanted to not give me the wrong items but still charge me for them ?. Then she was so busy out in the parking lot talking to friends she wouldn 't come in to handle the situation and when she did her response was AGAIN sorry I don 't know how just so that I 'd get off her back and she could return to being outside talking to friends..... She came back only to tell the teenagers who clearly had no idea what they were doing that she 'd be back later for closing....... This location is trash and everytime I go here something goes not just a little wrong but HORRIBLY wrong?
