The sushi rolls..of course the spider roll! melts in the mouth. tried the spicy baby lobster.... ok.....hmmmmm..... it was phenomenal! The flavors and cooking was perfect! Will be back! However, I recently learned that management has implemented a policy of claiming 50% of servers' tips. This practice is unethical and exploitative of hardworking staff who depend on these earnings. Despite my positive dining experiences, I cannot and will not support a business that deprives its employees of their rightfully earned gratuities. Until this policy is reversed, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in Greeley. I will not visit any of these owner' bisiness as they have multiple restaurants in town. Amazing authentic Sushi with awesome service. The servers were very kind and helpful. The sushi was insane. Priced very well also. We ordered as a table probably 16 different rolls and they came out in a good time. We also got 4 appetizers. All were incredible. They offered us complimentary miso soup as well which was very good.
