The staff is alw... read more Every time we order from Sushi One, the food is fantastic. On the few occasions we've dined in, the experience has consistently been excellent. The staff is always wonderful. Recently, my daughter and I visited, and our server, Leslie, was exceptional. I can't emphasize enough how lovely she was—so genuinely kind. Even during a busy lunch rush, she checked on us frequently, making sure we were well taken care of. Sushi One truly knows how to select outstanding staff!

However, I recently learned that management has implemented a policy of claiming 50% of servers' tips. This practice is unethical and exploitative of hardworking staff who depend on these earnings. Despite my positive dining experiences, I cannot and will not support a business that deprives its employees of their rightfully earned gratuities. Until this policy is reversed, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in Greeley. I will not visit any of these owner' bisiness as they have multiple restaurants in town. Amazing authentic Sushi with awesome service. The servers were very kind and helpful. The sushi was insane. Priced very well also. We ordered as a table probably 16 different rolls and they came out in a good time. We also got 4 appetizers. All were incredible. They offered us complimentary miso soup as well which was very good.
