If you're feeling low or out of sorts, I highly recommend taking a break and trying a spicy breakfast burrito from Alberto's. I often buy them in bulk and warm them up in the air fryer. You'll transform into a happy breakfast chimichanga lover!

I find them to be pretty spicy, but they do offer a mild option (though I typically go for the chorizo, which might explain the heat). The atmosphere is very casual and feels like a hidden gem, but I noticed some of the staff complaining in front of several customers during my last visit, which was a bit off-putting.

The family running the restaurant is both professional and friendly. If you're someone who values quick service and impersonal experiences, you might want to stick to Ft. Collins; Greeley isn’t the place for you. Our focus is on authentic flavors rather than the upscale, white tablecloth Anglo-Mex establishments. The food here is crafted for those who appreciate its true essence.

I called to inquire about the menu, but the manager informed me that nothing was available or "in stock." To make matters worse, the manager was quite rude during our conversation. I always strive to leave positive reviews, but I was put off by the unprofessional attitude on the other end of the line, which made me hesitant to visit the restaurant in the future.
