Entire order except for fries was wrong. For 2 teenagers. They said no lettuce, tomatoes and no onions. I cleaned it off for them but they said they taste onions. View all feedback.
The entire order was wrong except for the fries. It was for two teenagers who specifically requested no lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. I took the time to remove those items for them, but they still said they could taste the onions.
I have been visiting this location for years, but something has changed. After taking a few bites of my Whopper, I found a strand of hair in it. Since I was at home, I just ended up throwing the burger in the trash. It was disgusting! I won’t be returning to this location ever again!
I was informed that I would need to wait about 5 minutes for my food, but I had an appointment and couldn't wait. When I asked for a refund, they refused, and the manager yelled at me for requesting one. As a result, I left without my food or my money. I plan to contact corporate and will not be returning to that Burger King on Spencerport.
Sat at drive through order station for 5 minutes and nobody said a word to me so I left.
Best fast food service in the area. Top notch! Never had an issue with any orders...EVER!
