Swagath Restaurant - Hotel Formule 1 Greater Noida

Got call in the name of Swagat restaurent for dinner with family , thought might be a promotional event and since swagat is a big brand , so reached to join the dinner there I came to know that these guys are selling holiday packages with the help of restaurant manager , got shocked and very disappointed with the brand like swagat for allowing these fraud peoples to run their cheating business by using their brand name and place , shame on to swagat restaurant for these in ethical works

My colleague I have been visiting Swagath for several months and this was probably my 9th-10th visit. In the past, I was reasonably pleased with the service but this time it was a very bad experience. our visits are for business meetings and normally carry the needed papers with us. However, on last visit on 11/4/2018, we were a group of 4 people and requested the fellow at the counter to help us with 4 print outs form a pen drive at cost to us. His response was we need to speak with the Manager, who was not available at that time. Fair point, we agreed and placed our order and waited for the Manager. Manager came, but his response was absolutely annoying. He stated that they have a policy of not doing such things here because who knows if our pen drive is carrying virus, which may damage his PC. Now, without getting offended, we asked him to scan the pen drive and then use because it was urgent. To which he PLAINLY REFUSED by saying we don’t have an anti-virus. In totality, he was not even interested to be of any help. He had around 7-8 waiters standing with empty tables and he could have sent someone to nearby store to get the job done and he could have charged us, but on the contrary, he appeared bothered with our request. He made us feel like we were a burden on the business. Anyways, we finished the meeting, paid the bill and while on the way out, I again reached out to the Manager and in a very polite way tried to tell him that this was not good business practice in any business, let alone hospitality. But seems his need to be left alone was much bigger than anything else. We told him we will never come back, and he didn’t even bother to even respond, let alone say sorry and try to explain anything.

The flavors of the food are good, but I am unsure about the quality. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. However, there are times when the portion sizes are too large.

A while back, I visited a restaurant in Greater Noida. The interior was well-lit and had a good ambiance, with soft music playing and live TV. We ordered Chicken Kadai and Chicken Handi along with Tandoori roti. The Chicken Kadai was delicious, while the Chicken Handi was good. We also ordered Mutton Biryani, which was really delicious. The service was good, and so was the ambiance. The prices were a bit high, but the crowd was good. I would recommend this restaurant to those looking for Indian continental cuisine.

I went to this restaurant with my friends and it had a lovely atmosphere. The meal was fantastic, especially the biryani which I absolutely loved. I highly recommend visiting soon.
