Boomerang - Greater Noida

Our lunch experience today was extremely disappointing. The service was slow and we regret ordering two plates of pork ribs as starters, which were actually served after the main course. The pork was undercooked and we had to discard most of it. After this experience, we have decided to never dine at this restaurant again.

Good food and views. Perfect for leisurely dining after a round of golf or with family and friends. Excellent.

Entry is far off and staff is laid back and very rude. Denied entry at 8pm only. Menu has become very limited now. Used to visit very often but no more .. like a sarkari canteen where no one ready to listen and response is too poor. Prices on the other hand have increase for god knows y. No manager or authority over guards and staff. Local goons kept as guards and staff.

The hype surrounding this restaurant is not justified. The location offers a nice view of a park (although it's not exactly a golf view), but there are several negatives to consider. The hospitality and service are lacking, with staff often being absent or only focusing on a few tables, possibly regular guests. There is no clear dress code or brand badges for the staff, and they seem confused about who they should be attending to. The table scanner for ordering food is nonfunctional, leading to long wait times with no staff addressing the issue. Overall, this restaurant is a disappointment and not recommended. For better hospitality, consider dining at Radisson or Crown Plaza in Greater Noida.

I had an incredibly positive experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the ambiance was wonderful, and the hospitality provided by Mr. Santosh was exceptional. The hygiene standards were also excellent. I would definitely recommend this place.
