McDonald's - Greater Napanee

There are no surprises here. This is a well-run McDonald's. It's very clean (including the washrooms) and good service. The automated order machines all worked well and it appeared the staff making the orders were very busy- lots of hustle.Even during a busy lunch the staff was friendly. There is a greeter who made you feel welcome too. I have stopped here many times for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner and never had a bad experience.

It's McDonald's.The chain was originally founded by Mac and Dick McDonald. They named one of the burgers after one of the brothers (the Big Mac). If they served hot dogs, they could name them after the other brother.Anyway, I like their fries and the Mighty Angus. I wish they had a better drink machine. The way that the ordering works now is a bit annoying. I don't like they guy who walks around and asks if everything is great.

We stopped in today as the coffee is free this week, nice clean restaurant. The washroom was squeaky clean!

Have come here with large groups multiple times late at night. Just note that even though the drive through is open 24 hours, the restaurant section is only open until 11AM at night. except Friday night where it's open until midnight (12AM)

This is the worst mcdonalds ever for service. Noon can comprehend what a double double is...more than once I had all the sugar at the bottom of the cup....never ever have I had as many issues as when I come here. Unfortunately it is the only one in the area that I work...
