Calabogie Highlands Golf Resort

Worst experience. absolutely no one would recommend that, nor will I return. first I was told that I had a lake view room absolutely not, where near the sea view the unit that I had in the first floor was directly on the parking, bush, and truck/trailer shower etc. here is a consolidated list of the other problems that I experienced (the list could go further:) flaky caps on the bedroom teppich floor (what it was vacuumed) shower washbasin toothpaste and haare of last guests also had to clean bathroom towels yellow and dingy used my own kitchen towels, dirty not too sure that they used between the guests my own dryer rack for mold or residue built up no coffee table living room terrace door screen could not leave the door open due to the number of animals in we could not open a window and they spent min at our door blows constantly. it was loud, annoying and kept us inside for hours because of the extreme amount of dirt and dust around our unit. this work should be completed in the time down, not at a peak weekend morning when the guests try to relax enjoy their terrace. I spoke to the person responsible for updating in the suiten Saturday afternoon to my disappointment with the unit that she expressed would give a night refund and have a maintenance person on the uniform Sunday while we play golf to repair the screen so that we keep the terrace door open. no one showed up and the problems were not corrected as promised. I also never heard of this manager to treat again why these maintenance problems were not resolved, as promised. I am disgusting with the condition of the room, especially given the current circumstances and health risks presented by a pandemic. I am disgusting with the blatant lying and disregarding the senior management to lure into customers.

It's a great place that personal is helpful. in general, calabogie is such a great place to visit. However, their website definitely needs a liability exclusion on the homepage to change regarding

Love this place! Gorgeous golf course, scenery and excellent restaurant. What a Gem!

Its seems they neglicated the golf course, greens are good, fairways fair to poor shape but the cut well it's not that great for weekend golfers. The food at the restaurant is average...take out sandwiches mediocre....but they did offer a cooler bag with ice for beverages on the course...good. No cart person for service?

No lights on, un plowed driveway so I found somewhere else to stay. Now they won't answer my calls or email.
