Nando's - Greater Dandenong

Been to many nandos. The staff at the keysbough store was friendly and helpful. The amenities were clean. The meals once ordered came out pretty quickly. So overall pretty much what you expect from a nandos store

+ve:Food arrived in time and all sauces were provided.-ve:I love to eat at Nandos and even the worst Nandos I have ever visited were cleaner than this restaurant and It was one of the worst customer service experiences. The guy at counter was looking frustrated and didn't greet with a smile to start with. We were then pushed to order quickly or they were closing in an hour even though we only had to wait for 2 minutes for other friends to come. Food wasn't cooked properly, side dish wasn't supplied until requested and when arrived, it was just served for the sake of serving (no sauce as requested and burnt). I will never visit this Nandos and will not recommend to anyone as well.

What can I say? It's Nando's :) Not a bad choice for a quick lunch on the run.

I ordered all the bun with big peri peri page. the part of the chips was very low and there was not enough peri peri salt. Together with this I waited for almost 45 minutes and I wasn't happy at all. can not believe...I paid $33 including the delivery fee as well. never order from here again.

Had dinner in nandos keysborough. the service here is very good. I would particularly like to mention annalise that went out of her to bring us with us sauce that had run out and was not standing in the bottles on that. she also seems very hard to work on clearing the place and keeping the tables clean. very efficient girl.
