Contribute FeedbackThe Grayling restaurant conjures up a spectrum of dining experiences, from delightful to disappointing. While some patrons praise the friendly service, quick turnaround, and value for money, others recount unsatisfactory meals marked by long waits, lackluster food quality, and mediocre cleanliness. Positive highlights include accommodating staff that cater well to families, especially those with special needs, and engaging quiz nights that foster a lively atmosphere. However, a troubling trend of inconsistencies in food preparation and unwelcoming service remains notable. Ultimately, the Grayling is a hit-or-miss venue, with experiences often hinging on the day and staff on duty.
Good friendly place, good choice on menu. Any problems Toni was eager to help sort out and was efficient, courteous in her manner. Clean and Covid 19 standards abided by. All in all a good experience.
Visited with my husband and youngest daughter. Great atmosphere, excellent service. Prices are very reasonable. Clean and tidy too! Very happy and will visit again.
Seem to becoming Regulars at the grayling, not had a bad meal yet. Foods quick and nice brilliant value for money, even has a little indoor play for the little ones in this horrible weather, service is extra good when Nicki is working
Great value carvery, lovely staff, good and clean. We will be back. We both had carvery, carrots green beans, roasties and boiled potato, leek, peas and cauliflower cheese, tasty gravy.
Visited today for lunch and everything was great. We had fish and chips and a turkey and stuffing ciabatta both were spot on. Served today by Jo who was very helpful.
