Drove eight miles from Vauxhall camp site, as read the reviews and they looked good, on arriving at 7:50pm was told to order quickly as the chef finishes at 8:00pm, so ordered fish and chips, must Sat they was the worst I have ever had, wish I had gone to a chippy at Great Yarmouth now, View all feedback.
We stopped in on our last night of our holidays 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 dog. Really lovely meal portions were very generous and everything was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and made all of us feel very welcome. This is a real gem of a pub and a perfect place for a tasty bite to eat.

Very friendly, good choice of food for adults and children.
Took a friend for Sunday roast as a birthday treat. I had lamb she had pork. Thoroughly enjoyed by both.
