so a warm welcome, felt at home immediately. as Sunday it was good, we had the bark meat that came with at least 5 veg. the food was fresh and very delicate. followed with apple strudel and custard. decor modern, and bright with a very well equipped bar, to count too many gins. will definitely be back to visit. Visited a few years back it was so run down, seen it has had a face lift so decided to take a look. looks the part, however the owners having spent a fortune must have money to burn. A Saturday night and nobody in there! staff totally uninterested in customers... well us at least. disappointed thought having moved to the area it might be a local for us View all feedback.

I searched for a pub for Sunday lunch online, and this one popped up. When we arrived, it was fully booked, but the manager was very accommodating and managed to find us a table. The roast dinner we had was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again when we return. The staff were very welcoming.
