What Emily Pirie doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Received wrong panini and wrong drink. Ticket in the order reads correct. However I ordered tuna melt panini, received cheese and tomato (which wasn’t even available to order so not sure why that happened). Ordered mango and passion fruit fruit cooler but received mango bubble iced tea I don’t drink tea so that’s a complete waste of money. Really disappointing Delivered in good time View all feedback.
I am extremely disappointed!! There was no cream or toppings, and the dish was watery and lacked flavor. I threw it away because it was so bad. Avoid wasting your money on this place. I wouldn't even give it one star.
Who can resist pink hot chocolate not me... didn’t have cream and sprinkles . Lovely fruity hot chocolate my new favourite drink .

I went to the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. It was not very busy, and there were many staff members present, but they seemed to be more focused on chatting behind the counter. Initially, the staff were friendly and attentive, but most of the tables were dirty and in need of clearing. This gave the impression that the cafe was not well-maintained. Overall, it was a disappointment.
We visited Costa at Gorleston this morning 4th August for coffee and cake,the two members of staff who served us were very polite and friendly, a credit to your company 10 out of 10
