Visited this restaurant with my husband whilst staying in Great Yarmouth for a few days and had a lovely dining experience. The staff were very attentive, nothing was too much much trouble and the food was cooked and served fresh to our table. NEVER AGAIN, ANDREW GAVE ME THE WRONG DINNER THEN WAS REALLY RUDE AND TOOK IT AWAY NOT MY FAULT YOU GAVE ME THE WRONG DINNER LOL, HE WAS RUDE TO THE STAFF TOO! FOOD WAS THAT BAD WOULDNT GIVE IT TO OUR DOG! WAITED 50MINS FOR IT TOO......ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES View all feedback.
Went on 20/6/24 ,, friendly welcome, wife wanted to try lobster and loved it ,perfectly cooked and amazing taste, I had a mix grill and it was done to perfection, the staff were polite and very friendly, would definitely recommend to everyone
We came to Great Yarmouth on holiday and have eaten here three nights in a row. Great value for money, generous portions, very friendly staff, cosy atmosphere and the food is delicious
Really friendly, was seated straight away even though we hadn't booked. Food we fantastic, all table service, waitress was attractive but not overbearing We would recommend Charcoal Grill Lots of choice starters, dinners and dessert

Soooo good! I had a delicious t-bone steak with the most divine peppercorn sauce. Really enjoyed it. The restaurant itself was uncomfortably hot when we went but it was packed! As it emptied out the temperature got much more bearable. Recommend if you're a steak lover
