My first time visiting a Jimmy John's and had heard great things about it. My visit to this location was not that great. The food was good, but I can't say that it was any better than competitors, just the same. The service wasn't very good though, I felt unwelcome and as if a favor was being done to make a sandwich for me. My sales person was very accommodating, cordial and helped me through the menu as this was my first JJ experience at this location. Great experience......
I love JimmyJohn sandwiches very good quick and fast customer service. Now only if they can get the tap and go feature fix it would get 5 stars.

I live in the area and Everytime I go I notice there is no other races than Hispanic. And they can barely speak English. Why is that
