It's Just Wings - Great Wood

I decided to try Its Just Wings located in Chili’s on fm 1960 horrible decision. I should of stuck to wing stop. I had one wing it was fine I went to go bite my next wing not cooked thru at all. I wouldn’t return to this place because I ordered at 1108 got my to go food at 12 noon.

False advertising: this is Chili's, the food comes from Chili's. The restaurant is located inside of Chili's. Very misleading, considering people want wings from a predominantly wing spot. These wings were stale and flavorless. I've never ordered Asian zing wings that tasted like nothing. Staff was also rude when I made them aware they did not coat all of my wings in the sauce. $25 for absolute garbage.

The first time I ordered the wings were so good,lots of sauce and tossed correctly. I was excited to order again because of my first experience. Well I get my second order and the bone-in are dry and over cooked (very tough) and not much sauce! so I went to my boneless which were also overcooked and burnt and not much sauce. I was so disappointed that I will probably never order there again even though I love their sauce! Which is very disappointing because we live very close and they would have gotten a good customer!We also ordered a chocolate pastry that even on our bag was labeled chocolate,when we opened our order it was a blueberry lemon. We wanted what we ordered and if they were out we would have taken it off our order.Another thing that I don't appreciate is when making a pick up order it automatically adds a tip!. I do not tip if I drive to pick up my food. I only tip delivery so for it to attempt to automatically take out a tip and I had to go manually take it off is in my opinion disrespectful, if I want to tip I will add it myself! It should not automatically be added to my bill!

Fries were good and fresh but they told me my food would be ready in 45 mins glad I pulled up early food was actually done I'm 10 mins which made me think they were precooked cause no way those big gigantic wings, which was another no for me, was ready literally 10 min after I placed the order online. Food would've been cold in 35mins extra mins of just sitting there which is what they order said. Garlic Parmesan was bland as well. Tasted like just grease/oil. If I could get some fresh smaller wings I think they would be great. I literally only ate the small wings which weren't many the bigger the wings the longer you have to cook them and these were still soft on the inside once you get past the skin our outter layer. I started to ask for a refund but I decided to just not go back. One and done with me.
