AVOID… This was the blandest stew chicken I’ve ever tasted. it tastes like a European made it. Gravy was bland/watery. The cabbage was just ehh, mid, so so.. it was edible and the Mac and cheese.. omg ew. It tastes like it came from the box. I know there aren’t many options in Humble but please don’t go here thinking you’re getting real Jamaican food. I rather pay $30/plate at Cool Running vs $13/plate here.. you can taste the difference. they May have Caribbean cooks, but this isn’t true Caribbean food. it’s the worst I’ve had tbh. The flavor is definitely lacking. it’s like a watered-down version and none of my Caribbean friends make Mac and cheese like that. I’m glad they have people that like it and support the business but I’m a foodie and this is a pass.EDIT: Your response is unprofessional.. It's embarrassing. a customer is entitled to their opinion.. why be unprofessional in your response to me? That's not going to make your food any better.. study what the best are doing and replicate. Jerk chicken and plantains were really good. I'm looking forward to going back next week and trying the curry. The workers were nice, the restaurant was clean, what now can you ask

Omg I moved to Denver and been craving some oxtails saw the recommendations for the brown stew chicken so I tried it and this is what I'm talking about truly great cooking and so

Oxtails, Plantains, Jerk Macaroni! Wow! The macaroni was so good! The oxtails were good, everything we ordered was good! The people were nice, and the atmosphere was a whole vibe! Great spot had jerk chicken. So juicy and spicy. Perfectly cooked. Good service and interesting menu. Would want to come back to try more of the menu to be honest. But jumping on a plane so this will be the only Tim eating here. Would be a regular otherwise. Thanks for the great food!!
