Subway - Great Sankey

All the staff here are all nice and polite and shop all clean and tidy and food is lovely

Ordered a subway with my partner for lunch and this is how my sandwich shows up. My partners sandwich wasn’t even in our delivery. I’m really not sure how someone could mess up making a sandwich this bad. Regardless of wether the staff member making this was being lazy or having a bad day, this is not acceptable. Quickly thrown together and a waste of money.

Overall, the restaurant is good with decent staff. However, I was a bit concerned that some employees didn't understand the importance of handling gluten-free/vegetarian orders properly. There was a mix-up with my order where they used the same gloves for regular bread and meat before handling vegetarian/gluten-free items. This is typically not an issue at other similar restaurants. I asked them to change gloves, but they seemed reluctant to do so. It's a basic requirement for handling food properly, especially for those with celiac disease.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and provides fast service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I always stop by when I'm passing through and I consistently find the staff to be friendly and pleasant.
