Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Love coming to Red Robin, we've always had great service, our boys who are very picky actually eat their food, Food is so good and a balloon at the end for our kiddos. Such a great place for families.Parking: Nice large parking lot with plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: They are always so nice to our kids.Wheelchair accessibility: I'd say it's wheelchair accessible, very easy to get through the doors and they both open wide.

Door was held by employees on the way in out, Service was great, Food was great!

I had not been there for a while and since my birthday is very soon I wanted to go somewhere I had not been to in a while. I am glad I chose Red Robin's!The greeter greeted me warmly the moment I came through the door.My waitress was prompt and very polite. And the burger, fries, salad and dessert were excellent.I truly had a wonderful experience there!Parking: There are 2 other restaurants that are in the same lot. So there is ample parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair ramps on all sides of the building. And there are no stairs. So wheelchairs have easy access to the restaurant.

Not great. I don’t know if this particular chain agrees with me whatsoever. I have visited many across the country, but this was the worst. We won’t visit again.We ordered a variety of food on a plain ole weekend evening. Our waiter was very sidetracked and hard to get ahold of, even though the restaurant was rather empty.One dish in particular was a big letdown. I ordered a chicken sandwich with an avocado smash. The chicken was so tough it was nearly impossible to chew. I had to break the sandwich down into bite sized pieces to get thru. The lettuce was nasty and lifeless.

We went for a late dinner on our trip. The place seemed like it had been hit hard with customers and was struggling to get it back together. Our waiter was really nice though.
