They are out of food a lot of the time. You spend more time waiting then enjoying your food. With that being said, it is fresh most of the time. Some workers could use better customer service training however not all interactions have been bad. View all feedback.

Ordered a 3-entree so I could have lunch tomorrow. Asked for Coke NO ICE and got ice. No listening skills.
The worst Panda I’ve been too ever. My adult had less food than my kids meal.. never again!!!
Website says 930pm. I left at 9pm and arrived at 9:08pm. Door is locked, even tho it says 930pm on the door. Drive Thru open sign is on, and nobody answering.This place always has a problem with hours and having to wait on food or missing items.Workers are friendly, thats about the only upside.
Ordered 3 meats and 2 sides (bigger plate). Received tiny portions of everything. It literally took 2 fork fulls to finish my chow mein. I got about 4 pieces of orange chicken, 2 pieces of sweet fire chicken, and the honey walnut shrimp. I paid 19$ for this meal and got ripped off. A call will be made. I got as much “protein” that they usually put in a bowl
