Taco Bell - Great Falls

My experience at this restaurant was extremely frustrating. I ordered several items, but each time I visited, they never got my order right. After going back four times, I finally asked for a refund. They initially tried to refuse my request, and the woman I was speaking to wouldn’t stop arguing with me. Eventually, I had to ask for a manager. After some back and forth, I did get my money back, but they also tried to offer me something else, which I declined.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service is excellent, and my meals are always served hot and quickly. I've never had an order messed up, and their fast food menu offers a fantastic variety, including plenty of vegetarian options, which is a big plus. Parking is convenient, and they also offer delivery. I usually place my order ahead of time using the app, and my food is always ready when I arrive—I've never had to wait long. This place is a great choice for a quick lunch or a late-night snack!

I requested light sauce on the chicken quesadilla I ordered, but it was drenched in sauce instead. The young person at the counter even told the kitchen staff that it was easy to eat, but I found it inedible. It was such a waste of money.

This staff was the friendly, most accommodating taco Bell staff I ever met. my friend and I are the last few months on the go and have stopped here for a quick dinner. I left my wallet in the bathroom of the restaurant. not only did the manager try to keep me on facebook (by the ID I left in the wallet), she said she had 10 (from the caller ID) or other customers who try to get in touch with me. When she came in contact with me, my friend and I were already four hours away. I told her to keep the money that was in the wallet as a reward and ask her to send the rest to my home in florida. fortunately, she has fallen from the wallet to ups to send her to me and also leave all the money in there. this extreme friendliness must be recognized and if they live in this area, this is the kind of coworkers who will serve them! absolutely amazing.

Taco Bell is the best place for cheap food that does the trick. You can never go wrong with the amazing deals they give you even if sometimes they don’t always get your order right. But they make up for it with the 100 hot sauce packets they give you.
