Sonic Drive-in - Great Falls

I think parking and eating in the truck is a faster process than going through the drive thru. I usually bring my dog with me and the staff loves her. I usually let the staff give her a French fry so she loves them back lol. Good place for fast food burger.

The management at Sonic sucks. They are not doing a thing to make it quick and easy to get food. Orders are wrong, people waiting so long they just leave and the drive thru line is sometimes in the road and could be dangerous. I believe they are understaffed so management should be here helping. This is the worst place to get food in summer.

Ordered medium drinks, had to pay for large because they were out of medium lids, bs excuse when other places in town will do large with no upcharge when that's a problem

They had trouble taking my order and trouble getting my order correct. I was missing items and then handed drinks with the cups covered in syrup and the lids weren't even on.

Shout out to the carhop gal who served me this afternoon in Great Falls, Montana. You were so busy, you were the only carhop, and on top of it you told me that your fountain pop machine was down. Bless you for having the positive attitude that you did. You deserve a raise and a promotion. If I would have had cash on me, I would have given you more tip on top of what I did on the app. Keep it up!! Good people like you are hard to find these days!!
