Reviews - Mt Pints
Reviews summary
A once-beloved brewpub praised for rotating craft beers, hearty burgers, pretzels and standout bar snacks, framed by a casual warehouse vibe and family-friendly portions. Experiences vary: friendly, attentive staff make visits memorable, but recurring staffing shortages produce slow service, unavailable cocktails and menu items, inconsistent beer recipes and occasional steep pricing. Fans return for the beer selection and comfort food, though unpredictability keeps it from being reliably terrific.

Went there to celebrate my oldest daughter's birthday. Great food awesome service!! Lot's of beer choices and decent size portions of food. We had a little mishap and our awesome server made it right. Kudos for a fun family oriented place to go hangout and have a great time. Thanks Hattie for putting in the extra effort much appreciated!! We will be back next time were intown!!
We were there on Sept 14th 2022 for dinner. The restaurant has that warehouse atmosphere but the food is unbelievable. You have to try the pretzels and pickle chips they are well worth the wait. Staff was very friendly and main courses of Burger andPulled Pork were awesome. Highly recommend eating here.
This used to be our favorite place to go when it was The Front. We went at least once after The Front sold it and the place was good. This was our first time back since it changed names again. This was literally the worst service I have ever experiencedand the worst drinks I have ever had. They gave us a menu and we chose our drinks. Then the waiter came over and said theycan't make any of the cocktails listed (the reason was something about shaking drinks). I think they couldn't make thecocktails listed because they didn't know how. However, we were trying to be understanding so one person in our group orderedan amaretto sour. It tasted like lemonade. I took the drink up to the bar because our waiter never came around. I waited over 15min at the bar. I asked for some more amaretto. One gal had to ask another what that was. They added about a shot and a half. Then we had another friend join so I went up to the bar to try and get her a drink because our waiter never came back to ourtable. I waited for at least another 15 min. In that time, I watched one of the staff hang off a guy and ignore me and the restof the staff ignored me and another patron. As you can guess, we left. Literally the worst service I have experienced. I wouldadvise you to avoid and I would never recommend. We will never be back.
We have been frequenting MT Pints for about 2 years and service went downhill about 6 months ago and food is quickly getting there. Decent selection of rotating beers, skip the food and don?t expect a welcoming atmosphere. Added photo is of a freshlyserved, untouched poutine. Not worth the $9.00. Update: 7/9/2022 we had a much better time. We tried the poutine again (theprice has been raised to $13, but what hasn?t increased? and it was back to the MT Pints standard we know and love! We also hadour favorite waitress again who always has a smile on her face and is always welcoming!
Meh. My husband had been here before and said he had a better experience. This was my first time. They have a kids menu but apparently don?t have any printed. And we only found out about it because we ordered the nachos for our kids but then the kitchen told our server they were out of those. Our food came out before our beers. And I had to check with the host/bus boy to even get our beers. The table to our side got the wit drinks before us and we had already ordered before they even sat down. Honestly the busboy/host was more helpful than our server. Maybe it was just a staffing issue, our server did mention that she ?doesn?t work very often? but I did not have a good experience. I wouldn?t come again. Our food though was good. Came out fairly quickly and the homemade buns were yummy. The kids approved too!

Used to be my favorite place to have a beer when it was The Front. After new owners took over, the beers went downhill. They could not keep the great recipes consistent. At least they brought in more and more other micro brews to compensate. Unfortunately, those change so fast, there is never the same thing from visit to visit. Today I had time for a quick beer with my wife. We ordered the same kind (different brewery). I asked for tab and was told $24. I reminded the bartender that we only had two beers (not oversized, just “pints” I suspect hold 13-14 oz). He said yes, they are $12 each because of alcohol content. I looked them up. 8.5% and not nearly that price at home brewery’s own facility. That is worse than airport prices, and nothing special about the bar. I’ve spent thousands there on food, drink and entertaining business associates annually, but that was the last straw. Go to Elevation, Celtic Cowboy or some other place to get micro brews in Great Falls.

Came in on a Friday at 1130am for some lunch with the lovely wife. Food and service was good. Love the Scotch Ale! Will come back again next time we are in town!
Nachos were good but not very hot. Pretzels and cheese was awesome. Staff was friendly. Very fast service tonight.
Drove by and had to stop. Absolutely the best choice. The burger was juicy and the onion rings were crispy. The Blonde Ale was extremely cold and awesome. I asked for mustard for the burger and I cannot believe I was handed a bottle covered in old crusty mustard. Aside from the mustard the place was great.
