Great Falls Hokkaido Ramen Sushi

The quality of the food is highly inconsistent; it seems to depend on which team is in the kitchen. I've enjoyed some fantastic meals recently, but I've also had some disappointing experiences, including the last one. Unfortunately, I likely won't be returning, as every part of our meal, except for one ramen dish, had some sort of issue. Proceed with caution if you decide to try it.

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant; it's truly fantastic. Having lived in Japan for several years, the flavors here brought back memories of home. We tried the gyoza, chicken karaage, rainbow roll, and black garlic tonkotsu ramen, and everything was perfect—from the tenderness of the gyoza to the richness of the ramen. It was such a pleasant surprise to dine here, and I can't wait for my next visit.

The sushi was decent, but the ramen didn't meet expectations. It had too many noodles and not enough toppings, and the broth lacked flavor. The service was average. The appetizers were also lacking in taste.

Pretty disappointed, when they first opened the food, atmosphere and service was great! Now the quality and freshness not so much. Poke bowl the avocado was brown and fish not fresh. Ramen was cold. What happened?

I'm not to sure what's going but this used to be one of my favorite spots to go to in town. Unfortunately the food and service has gone down hill.
