Domino's Pizza - Great Falls

This place is truly awful. Every time I give them another chance, they manage to mess something up again. They frequently forget to include the dipping sauce, regularly undercook the pizza, and even swap my pizzas during delivery. The cheese always seems to slide off to one side of the pizza. Plus, the tracker in the app doesn’t provide accurate updates on where my order is, and my orders are consistently late. I once had to wait 2.5 hours for a pizza, even though the app said it would be ready in 35 minutes. This might be a management issue, but I suggest you try ordering from somewhere else.

It was absolutely poor. I ordered a meal at 18 o'clock and they still never brought it and it is 947 pm they hanged on me and were very rude. I am absolutely disgusting with her service and will not order again from them

Very unsatisfactory. I ordered the food at 19:01 clock, it was not delivered until 9:22 clock.

They said my pizza was ready, and when we arrived, they told us 15 minutes more. it took about 50 minutes to get our pizza.

It took an hour for my order to arrive, and 40 minutes of that seemed to be spent on quality checking. When it finally got here, it didn't even have the items I ordered. Although it was marked as delivered, it actually arrived ten minutes late. I had to make three phone calls just to get someone to answer and check if it was delivered to the wrong address.
