What Jose Hamtig JR doesn't like about Primo's De Tico's:
They have really good food But I wouldn't go here during lunch time on a work week!! They only had one server/cashier working during that one day me and my family came and it was on a Friday! We had to wait at least 20 minutes for our food. This was only our second time coming here. Not totally disappointed just venting View all feedback.
Absolute GARBAGE food service. Should've known better when arriving at noon with no other customers. No table service, order food at the register, pay in advance the miserable cerote brings it to your table. Chips served in a brown lunch bag. All around the worst! Stay away! Taco Bell (yuk! is a much better choice.
Slow service, for the first time ever I got the slowest service ever in a Mexican Restaurant and the food amount I got is incredible bad, not recommend.

For the price food was not great. They made my meal wrong and I sent it back just for them to pick it off and send it back out still cold then they wouldn't take it off. Will not be back here. My friends food they didn't even bring out till she went and asked. Didn't check on table for refills or anything. Honestly, I was too nice and should have argued but I've got a baby who isn't sleeping so I just let it go.
Great food, wonderful people helping make sure it was just as you needed! They were out of fried ice cream, but then explained what to do the next time we show up so they will have some! Loved it, such sweet people and the food...... Amazing. Kid-friendliness: Had a kids menu, and a lot of options for drinks for the youngsters!
