I have made reservation on their website, at the same second I got an e-mail from them that reservation is made. At the ame moment I saw that I made a mistake with dates November 10 and it should be November 11 , write to them immediately, ask them just to change the date od check in, they said no and they took all the money 125€ . What a awful customer service and bad way to earn money. P.S. And now in your answer you said that is non refundable rate. That is ok in case I wanted to cancel and you dont want to return money. But I did not want to cancel or money back, I was asking just to change the date for one day later and you suggested to pay again full price and to give me one day breakfast. Thank you, I will purchase omlet by my self cheaper than 125€ Im sure.

From the centrum only need to go by Tram 4 or... read more I recently stayed at Plaza Inn Graz for a business trip. Their location is pretty strategic, near the Messe Graz. From the centrum only need to go by Tram 4 or 5 with a few metres walk. The rooms and surroundings are clean and neat. Definitely recommended
