I and my accompaniment have decided to eat today at the aiola conting. the reservation went smoothly and we immediately led to our reserved table. the look out... read more I and my accompaniment have decided to eat today at the aiola conting. the reservation went smoothly and we immediately led to our reserved table. the look out at graz was simply superb and despite some slight sweet rain we felt very comfortable. as an appetizer there was a fresh cheese pumpernickel tart for me and for my accompaniment ate a salmon in zitrusbeize. above all the salmon could convince us, because the salmon is very fresh and the combination of salmon, tomato and cheese is simply brilliant. also the fresh cheese pumper nickel tart could convince. as a main bite I chose a psychic fillet and my accompaniment the filetsteak. was pleased that the extra request of my accompaniment was received by the waitress friendly and without problem. the forellenfilet was on perfect, inside nice soft and outside it had a crispy skin. the filetsteak was, as desired, in the right level (rare.) with both dressed could not only convince the meat in punkto taste, but also the supplements were very tasty and matched to the dressing. as a dessert we have ordered the grießflammerie, which as expected was also very good. as beverages we have both chosen a yellow muscrat. the service was very friendly and attentive. the restaurant can also convince with a charming ambiente and we both felt very comfortable.
