Phil's great. It is a friendly place with a relaxed personality. If you have a few minutes on the weekend, you can get a sample. Have an open mind and you will not lead to bad wines. Also note that there are many fine spirits and microbrow beers as well. If you are looking for a selection that is great and not cookie cutters like all liqueurs this is the place to try.
Simply one of the most friendly and knowledgeable wine shops in Lake County. Phil is amazing, from the role to Bob jazz to the great informal and formal tasting, it is always a pleasure to spend here and more knowledge about wines and the many other spirits they offer.

Visited the store for a craft brew fest, had a good selection of brews. Always good to support the local liquor stores.
