I arrived on time,... read more I'm not sure if there's new management, but I visited on a busy night (Halloween), placed my order in advance, and was given a pick-up time. I arrived on time, only to have to wait over an hour! The pizza has usually been good, but during my visit, there was an employee who was working on pizzas in the back and then came out to the front to take orders. He was sweating profusely, and his sweat was dripping all over the counter. He also had dirty hands from handling the pizza. I couldn't eat the pizza because I couldn't shake the thought of his sweat being baked into it, especially since he wasn't wearing gloves. Needless to say, I haven't ordered from them since.

I returned... read more I went to Rosati's Pizza because of its good reviews. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza. While I was in car, I realized that the pizza was not fresh. I returned the slice, and I hope that Rosati's will be more truthful with its customers in the future.

There was like no meatballs and the driver clearly tipped pizza so it was all on 50% of the box. We also ordered Garlic bread which was mushy and the sauce is nothing like the other rosatis around town. Get it from Lindenhurst not Grayslake. Never had a bad delivery from Lindenhurst. I’m calling this location a mismanaged restaurant all day long.
