Costa Coffee - Grays Thurrock

Sadiya at Costa Coffee is a hidden gem! She always remembers my favorite coffee and makes the best brew in town. I've grown so used to her amazing coffee that I can instantly tell when someone else makes it. Her service and coffee are excellent - a trip to Costa Coffee wouldn't be the same without her!

Sadiya is exceptionally quick at preparing coffee, and her brew is always smooth without any bitterness. She consistently checks in on how I am doing and never fails to brighten my day with her warm smile.

I always enjoy coming to this restaurant for a break, and the staff is always very helpful. I have been here several times and have been served by at least six different people. I have never had any issues and would highly recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be coming back here again. There is always plenty of parking space for cars and vans, but they could use some extra space for lorries, as they are often queuing outside.

Nice place to chill. I always pop to costa for coffee and Sadiya is lovely there. Coffee is always perfect made by her. A perfect flat white.

Visited today (Sunday 5th Feb) and this is a review for the staff member working alone. Large queue with no help. An absolute credit to your company. Super efficient and very polite. Literally watched him doing 10 things at once. Not sure if it is normal for there to be only one staff member. If so then shame on you Costa! This guy deserves a raise!
