Set in Grayling with a warm, classic-diner feel, this hometown spot is beloved for hearty breakfasts—fluffy pancakes and generous portions—and a surprisingly strong lunch lineup of burgers, tuna melts and standout pizzas. A rotating selection of craft and guest beers, growlers and friendly bartending complement pretzels, salads and family-style plates. Popular with locals, families and tour groups, it also handles quick catering orders. Service is generally attentive though busy periods can produce inconsistent wait and limited bar seating.
I have eaten here three times so far, and both the quantity and quality of the food were good. Moreover, the staff were efficient, attentive, and friendly — *excellent* customer service! While I am rarely in Grayling, I will definitely return to this restaurant when I'm in town.
Great food once again. Last time western omelet, this visit Coutry Fried steak special with eggs, toast and hashbrowns. They were very busy, but still had my food under 10 minutes.
Beer was tasty, though they could be a lot colder. Thai pizza was delicious as was the Blue Collar panini. I got the beef and chicken tacos on a recommendation from our server. I am in the minority here from the other reviews as I didn't care for them. They had the same taste and so much guacamole on them it overshadowed the other toppings. You definitely do get a good size taco. I needed to eat them with a knife and fork since they were so big. I wouldn't waste your money on the jalapeno popper cheese bread. It is just soggy pizza crust with a little toppings on it.
Wonderful breakfast! Friendly and fun service, spotlessly clean. I will be back!
The food was delicious and the service was exceptional.
