Taco Bell - Gray

I would give them a zero Stars because they are horrible at making food they always forget stuff most of their food is not cooked all the way it's the worst Taco Bell here.

Had a good time food was good once they got the order right.

Placed pickup order and received the wrong items. That isn’t the end of the world so went back to have the order remade. I will say the assistant manager working was very kind and accommodating and sweet, however, I got home and once again had the wrong order a second time. What really sent me is my 8$ customized burrito had literally nothing else in it but red onions, which I’m not sure if that was intentional due to my return because I don’t think that’s even a menu item? Obviously was not worth my trouble to go back a third time but sad I wasted 20$ grabbing myself and others food we could not and did not want to eat.

Unacceptable customer service at this location. On 4/10/24 I went through the drive thru around 5:45pm, waited in line a long time just for the person in drive thru to tell me they were out of creamy jalapeño sauce. I asked if they could put another sauce on my items instead. The cashier said “Yes but it will be an up charge” and then immediately got defensive about it, stating that it “was not his fault” and he was “told to do this”. How are you going to charge someone extra for a certain sauce when you’re out of the sauce that comes on a bunch of your items? Why are customers being punished for that? I then tried to order the new cantina chicken taco and was told I would not be getting sauce on that either. At this point I just drove away with no food. DO BETTER.

I only gave 1 star so I could comment. Everytime I order they mess my food up. I just basically paid 10 dollars for 1 Taco and a Pepsi. They smothered my burrito in onions. I would rather starve than waist 1 more penny here. Or anywhere else anymore. They ALL mess up my order.
