Borgo Scaringella - GRAVINA IN PUGLIA

I'm deeply disgusted. The rushed and confused welcome, the staff to say a little dismayed and rude in every situation, and was always ready a rude word with tone of superiority as if it were the task of those who stayed to clean. Embarrassing the behavior acquired when it comes to reception in refectory, whether hunger was lacking or even felt bad, according to staff it was “maleducation”. Indescribable the disappointment I found in this place, four days thrown to stand behind demanding and gruesome people. I never wish you and then never to find yourself in this place and if you had to, do not leave any umbrella on the desk that you could find thrown on the bed that specially decide not to remake.

I put a star because I can't put 0. I'd never come back. rude staff to say little, an absurd arrogance... I've never seen such a bad education. not to mention the horse smell when you leave the room (without windows) unbearable as we are on a farm. I would never come back and I would never wish anyone to find us.

The worst experience ever, rude and indisposable person, we received accusations, url in the face from adults to minors .I do not recommend it to NO, I would rather go to sleep under a bridge rather. Responsible and arrogant!

Sardo Group of 30 people. We stayed at Borgo Scaringella for a few nights. What do you mean? Silvia is an exceptional hostess and her farm is a unique place. Excellent dinners with products of its vegetable garden and its dairy, excellent mozzarella, burrata, fresh pasta; also the breakfast has satisfied us fully. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the cleaning is great. We leave with a very beautiful memory and hope to return to Borgo Scaringella.

Same place, same thought, experience as described on other review made on the same structure... Few professionalism and little attention.. the menu always the same, little fantasy in exalting the Apulian cuisine...the potential there are but not able to valorize it
