There is a gentleman who sometimes stands at the register. If you want an iced coffee, tell him that you want the small one, because he automatically (smart him) beats you to the large one (basically a full plastic cup) to make you pay €2. When I approached the counter to ask them if they would prepare iced coffee for me, they asked me which one? The small one or the big one?”. So I understood and I got annoyed and I told this genius of the house. He even got offended by telling me “and that it 's my fault??”. No, of course you don 't have to ask me what I want to pay, you directly beat me to half a liter of coffee, for me alone, to steal two euros from me. Ridiculous. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
This afternoon we entered this place to eat a granita and drink something. I go to the cash register to pay, where there was a young employee with black hair, she told me to pay 6.20 Euros, I gave her a 10 Euro banknote, offering her 2 Euros to avoid having too many change coins, she told me that she didn't she wants the two euros because she has too many coins to dispose of, I insist on having five euros in paper money, but she has nothing and calls me rude. Pay 1.20 for a latte (20 cents more than the classic coffee). I come from Rome and not even in Piazza del Popolo do they charge more for a bit of milk. Considering it's a bar in a provincial shopping center, I'd say it's not the best. Plus, obviously, a receipt for 2 euros and not for 2 and 40. Never again.
