Booked for 23 people over a week in advance and service was terrible even though the food tasted good, once it arrived. Upon arrival, the staff did not inform us that we would need to order food and drinks at the bar or via a QR code. Last visit the copper field in and unfortunately they still seem to have the same old problems as in my previous review. I would like to remember it because the quality of eating was absolutely good and very good value for money, but again. a wait at the arrival without confirmation that we have waited despite booking- a very long wait for starters (over minutes from the actually ordered front of the house seem to really try their best and they are all polite and helpful, but seem constantly improving from their feet hastily with some slight changes as the dings are done, I am sure that trip copperfield could improve their evaluation. maybe they focus on a carvery or with a menu, bring a few more to home staff (possibly the same in the kitchen needs simple things safe but so many reviews say the same. I would never say that I wouldn't come back because eating is really good. when it comes at some point.
The booking for a family of twelve, arrived a bit early and the greeting has advised us that there would be long waiting times for food, but they would do their best to get our food together. over the chain app ordered, and starter needed minutes to come, net were about minutes after what was a decent break between the curses, the staff that were really pleasant and apologetic at any time, they were clearly short workers, and during these times a bit wait good as long as they warn before. there was a great young there neigent the bar, servedish, clean up, along the two girls, and not even seemed to stop them and take a breath, I would be tied to have the personal ready to put this level of effort into a layer. eating was standard chain pub food, decent fresh teigpizza were a highlight, decent portion sizes, appetizers were all good, had no dessert as no one had burst.

Millie and her team were fantastic today. they gave my wife and the autistic son a quiet table to sit. they were very warm for the nutrition of our sohne and were pleasant. millie helped with a discount code and was very informative about the pub app and future savings. meal was delicious and would definitely visit again. Thank you.
What a great place to visit . warm reception of ellysse that brought us to the table. she was so chatting. also paige served us. the chef was also nice overall sized customer service. Such good food was nice. a visit
