The Cock Inn - Gravesham

I gave this pub a 5* review back in the mai last year. I'm sure it's still a wonderful pub, but I was so disappointed to see that they're close at 10 o'clock. the pub is pretty remote, and if I'm there, I'd just have time for a few beers before I close. I write this as a bit constructive feedback, as the owners repeatedly strive for a very traditional pub, but traditional rural pubs closed at 11 o'clock. Unfortunately, I will not be able to go there while they close early. hopefully they can think new!

We visited the **** inn after a very unpleasant experience in an adjacent pub. the staff here was very warm and friendly. the beer was beautiful and nothing was too much annoyed for everyone. that is a real country pub and they would be one. long go away to find one as beautiful as these. thanks to the owners and the team.

We had not visited the **** inn long. what makes it easier to see that it is still so cozy and welcoming. it is unique with regals of old books, beer mats on the deck and many attractive spuck fire pictures. on the walls. I told my man that there was so much interest in looking, but everywhere was immaculately clean. six real ales and a large selection of unusual lagers. we will return sooner than later.

I have on the **** in many times, but this is my first review. partly as a reaction to kenttracey. she said there was no eating in the offer, but the **** inn is an English pub, no restaurant. perhaps a mcdonalds would have been suitable. She needs better. there are actually everywhere things that the **** inn give its unique and interesting character. drinks are quite expensive, not weatherspoons prices, but this pub is not weatherspoons. keep the big work and please change the pub in no way. I wait to be over the restrictions of Covid-19 and back to fantastic traditional English pubs like them.

Looks good from the outside inside tells a different story, We stopped in as passing through our first and last visit. Couple of people in there and bar staff only wanted to chat to them we interupted that chat and was not made welcome. No...food on offer only overpriced stale rolls and over priced drinks . There is stuff everywhere on the walls and ceilings even in the toilets. Very sexist and old fashioned. dirty too needs to be refurbished asap. Landlord was older man loked to be on his death bed . He needs to admit defeat and let some new blood take it over and make it a good place to go we wont be returning anytime soon nor will we recomend it
