I have found my favorite dishes at this restaurant after trying most of them. The staff is lovely and the service is always quick, ensuring that the food is hot when it arrives. The prices are reasonable for a Chinese restaurant. I would highly recommend it. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Happy Dragon:
I ordered a ham fried rice that was greasy and unappealing, and a kung pao chicken dish that bore no resemblance to traditional kung pao flavor. The chicken was coated in a bland, sweet, and sour sauce with no hint of heat or spice. The dish was lacking in vegetables, seasoning, and overall flavor. The only saving grace was the curry sauce, which was deliciously spicy. I can only give this restaurant 2 stars due to t... View all feedback.
That is a restaurant with us. the food was in order, price very good, at the place a scandal. it looks very grubby and disorganized. - Easy. I personally wouldn't go back and just take the food as it was ordered on the phone, I fought to eat it because of the picture I had. the kitchen I am sure was very clean, but could not be seen. please clean up and change the waiting area.
Having eaten from here a few times in the past, it's never been awful but it is just your standard Chinese takeaway. Service is good and good mediocre but there are better out there.
New to the area so tried the Happy Dragon last night . The food was dreadful probably the worst chinese take away we have ever had. Food was tasteless ended up in the bin.
This takeaway has only a hygiene rating of 1. However, we have never had a problem with it and it is ALWAYS our first port of call if we fancy a Chinese. Curry is always pretty hot n spicey. Delivery is free, if you spend...over £10, and usually fairly quick.
Normally order from the Lucky Dragon in Gravesend but was driving pass and thought I would give this a go. AWFUL really awful, if you highly rate this place then you dont know the true flavors of a proper Chinese and your tastebuds are not...working properly....worst chicken chow mein I've tasted...duck was not crispy....beef was chewy...requested XTRA hot which I didn't get...prawn on toast more like deep fried bread....and the Prawn crackers dont even ask...you have been warned.
