Once a plate was finished, she was taken away. Very good. personal very friendly. when the manager knew that it was my son's birthday, she made him an ice cream cake (without fee). they gave up the lighter dimmed and happy birthday. it made it very special for him. I couldn't find any debt with the personal or restaurant, even if I tried. I would recommend it definately and will probably return to my birthday if not before! cannot praise the personal or eating enough. Thank you.

The process of paying upon arrival was a bit chaotic due to our large group, but it did make it easier at the end when splitting the bill. Despite booking in advance, there was a limited amount of starter food initially, though more fresh items were brought out quickly. The rice, noodles, and main dishes were decent, but some portions felt a bit small. The overall flavor was satisfactory but fell short of a traditional Chinese restaurant. The pricing was a bit inconsistent compared to previous visits, with the staff being generally friendly but a few things that bothered me. There was a lack of other customers on a Friday evening aside from our group, which made it feel empty. Although we spent a significant amount, there was no complimentary drink or gesture of appreciation. Additionally, I was surprised to be charged a fee for using a card for a relatively small purchase, despite spending a considerable amount as a group. This attention to detail reflects poorly on the management's customer service skills. While the meal was adequate for a hassle-free experience with a large group, I would not return given the overall experience. I would recommend this place for very large groups seeking convenience, but there are better Chinese restaurants in Gravesend for smaller parties at a similar price point.
