Manager anny punnn extremely rude for customers and employees poor kerl curtis had to calm down the dinge when customers complained and everything she did was unprofessional and take her bad behavior on the staff that eating was worse than eclectic it was not fresh. there was a dead mouse on the floor never go again I would rank there its rank only highly due to young lad curtis the only credit to the place

I recently dined at this restaurant with a large group of former colleagues and overall, it was an okay experience. The process of paying upon arrival was a bit chaotic due to our large group, but it did make it easier at the end when splitting the bill. Despite booking in advance, there was a limited amount of starter food initially, though more fresh items were brought out quickly. The rice, noodles, and main dishes were decent, but some portions felt a bit small. The overall flavor was satisfactory but fell short of a traditional Chinese restaurant. The pricing was a bit inconsistent compared to previous visits, with the staff being generally friendly but a few things that bothered me. There was a lack of other customers on a Friday evening aside from our group, which made it feel empty. Although we spent a significant amount, there was no complimentary drink or gesture of appreciation. Additionally, I was surprised to be charged a fee for using a card for a relatively small purchase, despite spending a considerable amount as a group. This attention to detail reflects poorly on the management's customer service skills. While the meal was adequate for a hassle-free experience with a large group, I would not return given the overall experience. I would recommend this place for very large groups seeking convenience, but there are better Chinese restaurants in Gravesend for smaller parties at a similar price point.

It should firstly be noted that despite the rankings on this Version of brilliant buffet it is also ranked much more honestly further down the list on trip advisor This restaurant is awful, the staff are rude, you have to pay upfront and...then buy drinks upfront too. These never arrived, when we mentioned this to a waiter' we were told we were mistaken and to buy more. Owner was called and agreed with the waiter despite no glasses on the table. Food was warm at best but little real selection and most was iceland style ready meals warmed up, I would presume in a microwave. Dishes weren't filled up and the hygiene of the staff was poor- touching food with hands that were not washed etc. Won't be going back- don't waste your money

This is best buffet what I had, so do my friends. Excellent and big variety of food, delicious dessert, there is plenty to have. Very good services, staffs are helpful and friendly. Absolutely amazing experience, we would definitely return again. ONE MORE, VERY REASONABLE PRICES.

Hello, last Sunday I visited Brilliant Buffet in Gravesend with my family and friends to celebrate my sister's birthday. Upon arrival, the waiters greeted me and showed me to my table, explaining where the food was located since it was my first time there. The staff were all helpful and provided excellent customer service, none of them were rude or unpleasant. The food overall was good, but I particularly enjoyed the dishes prepared at the open kitchen which were amazing and perfectly cooked. The layout of the food was impressive and made it easy to navigate where to start and finish, with starters at the beginning and mains at the end. I also appreciated the fact that you could eat as much as you liked. I will definitely be visiting again soon and I hope you also have a wonderful dining experience like I did.
