Who... read more Went there because we had a gift card to use, so decided to grab lunch. went in, decided and we ordered. Guy comes in about a min after we placed our order. Whole time cashier is saying nothing to us. Guy waits about 5 min, gets his food. Still waiting. Older couple comes in, cashier rings them in. We are still waiting. Third person comes in. Couple gets there food, third person gets order rang in. Been 10 min now. Finally food comes up. We take it home. I open my "box deal" I have like 10 fries in there. Plus side, food was hot, but chicken was dry, like it got cooked again. Not sure if I am willing to go back.

H... read more Visited Gravenhurst this weekend and 'out of nostalgic memories' of taking some to Muskoka Beach for my two kids and I during the summers...I popped into KFC. Had to assimilate MENU FIRST - wow, it's changed somewhat! I just wanted 3 pieces of whitemeat, one mid size Cole Slaw and one mid size Macaroni Salad. I asked their advice on what combinations I could get, NO ONE GAVE A DARN, Server behind counter was rude and COOK came up from Prep Place and was just about as disinterested in my order as the server was. NO ONE WAS IN THE RESTAURANT. THEY HAD TIME. I AM A FEMALE SENIOR ON A PENSION. They charged me $15 plus change for my order! No offer of condiments, plates or equipment. So, I dragged it back to my hotel to eat. The chicken was about as dry as it could possibly be. I WILL NEVER ENTER ANOTHER KFC again. BEWARE! Fellow travellers! Steer clear of this place*

I didn't even want to give them 1 star but had to to submit the complaint.
