Total lack of empathy, I went yesterday on the 16/01th to buy a snack where I usually go several times a week to buy something there (this has been 7 months). When it was time to pay on the pix, I managed to block my app because my cell phone has a problem with the touch and I ended up typing the wrong password) I asked him if I could pay for the afternoon I spent there and I paid in cash because I was going back to my office. He refused my request in the utmost arrogance. No one is obligated to do anything but empathy would be a differential and the frequency I go there I always paid right I thought the Lord with glasses would be empathetic to me. I've already had meat pastries, the big sour pastry and I've never complained, because I know it's bad for them but because of this action I was disappointed.
