Walker’s Bakery - Grassington

Woman behind the counter rude when my wife bought two steak slices £1.90 each asked for them to be heated up £2.25 each now. I went to bite into mine cold, went back in and politely asked for it to be reheated the woman took it without saying a word put it in the microwave and then busied herself putting stock away and writing lists, eventually retrieved the slice from the oven holding it by the bag because the slice was by now nuclear hot gave it back to me still without a word. Everyone else in the shops was polite and friendly won't be using that pie shop again

Cracking little bakery shop. I was tricked though at the time I visited from the outside it was a hardware store for all creatures great and small. Anyway first visit I had a takeaway bacon roll teas and coffees etc superb so good I went back 2 more times for various things before we left Grassington. Very friendly staff. Great products and all sourced locally. Thanks

I had a disappointing experience at the Game Keepers Lodge. The server was quite rude, and the pasties served were cold. Additionally, the barmcakes were slathered with an excessive amount of margarine. While dining, I overheard another customer mention her unpleasant experience in the shop, specifically citing the rudeness of the staff. It seems that word is getting around about the unfriendly service!

What a fantastic little bakery! It seems to be a favorite among locals and workers, which speaks volumes. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, and they offer a wide variety of cakes, bread, and food. Their bacon rolls are delightful, and the flapjack is delicious and moist. This charming bakery is definitely worth a visit!

Their scrumptious sausage sandwiches are a perfect way to energize yourself for a day of activity!
