Our 12-year-old daughter loved her steak, my wife's sea bass was delicious, and my guinea fowl and risotto was full of flavour. Had our flight been on time, we'd probably have heading out into the centre of Grasse for dinner, but as it turned out, the Elixir provided us with the perfect gastronomic start to our French trip.
Wonderful wine steak chips service style grace and quality . We would recommend 100 % try the hotel as well plus pool and bar !
Only available some days of the week, what food you can get is very good and well presented. Clearly there is a talented chef.
I'm not a fan of hotel restaurants, but fought to find everywhere, respectable in the city. that worked well when l’elixir served a quality meal. my starter was carpachio, to which I followed with confit and chocolate fondant. I'd like to eat. there is again.
